Agave Free Raw Chocolate

I bet you’ve never seen a recipe for raw chocolate like this one before! Not only is there delicious cacao, but you also get a touch of carob. This interesting tree produces seed pods used as a substitute for chocolate. But this ain’t no substitute, this is the real deal! With added carob! As you can see, this isn’t your ordinary raw chocolate. The sweetness comes from carob, lucuma, stevia and coconut sugar. Plenty sweet, but not your typical flavor profile! This recipe comes from Karolina Eleonóra’s new eBook: Weekend Chocolate Challenge. Check it out, raw chocolate lovers! |
