1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup almonds (whole)
1/4 cup oat flour
2 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp sesame seeds (white)
1 Tbsp coconut milk (unsweetened)
1 Tbsp cashews
1 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
2 figs (dried)

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until it becomes sticky and thick. Spoon it out into a bowl and add the pure maple syrup and stir it around until it’s very even.
Press the mixture onto a mini oven tray aligned with a very thin layer of parchment paper and press it down with a spoon.
Take the brownie out and cut into small slices.
