Who’s in the mood for a sweet, creamy, tropical breakfast treat? This Mango Coconut Chia Pudding is one of my favorite healthy breakfast recipes. It’s high in protein, fiber and healthy fats so it will keep you satisfied until lunchtime and it also helps to beat sugar cravings. All you need is 4 ingredients + you can easily prepare several servings at once so you have enough for an entire workweek.
This is a bit of a cheater’s slaw, since it’s ready in an hour, but it’s super tasty and still plenty healthful! A nice dash of citrus, some pecans for crunch, and some sweet apples and beets. Makes for a tasty side or light lunch!
This raw vegan dessert is deceptively simple, and super tasty. Mousse made from avocado will always have a certain quality to it that sets it apart, but that’s totally okay! It’s delicious. Make sure you use an avocado that is plenty ripe.
Recipes don’t come any simpler than this, unless you count unpeeling a banana a recipe! For those of us who aren’t morning people, simplicity can sometimes be the best thing about a breakfast recipe. Of course, being delicious and nutritious doesn’t hurt, either!
Sometimes smoothies go in glasses. Other times, you need a bowl. This is one of those times. This delicious double berry smoothie bowl is full of antioxidants, vitamins, and other scrumptious yummy nutrients.

Sometimes you need a snack that you can take with you and go. Nothing suits that purpose better than some tasty granola bars. An awesome energy and nutrient-rich snack that you can take with you to work or on the trail. With all manner of nuts and seeds, plus a good helping of chocolate to keep things interesting.
t may not be blueberry season, but there’s all kinds of great things you can do with frozen blueberries! And what could be better than a guilt-free lemon blueberry parfait? The tangy lemon is a nice foil for the sweetness of the berries, and dates and agave round out the sweetness. All you need is a few minutes and a food processor to make this delicious, relatively healthful blueberry parfait.
Yellow is considered the color of optimism and pleasure. And you’ll have plenty to feel optimistic about once you’ve harnessed the power of this pleasantly yellow smoothie!
Turmeric is a fantastic spice. It’s actually a close relative of ginger, which also shows up in this smoothie. Like ginger, turmeric is a wonderful anti-inflammatory food that has been valued for its healing properties since time immemorial. And mango — well, what needs to be said about this lovely squishy fruit? There’s hardly a fruit in the world more suited for smoothie magic.
A little bit of coconut flakes add a little bit more of that special yumminess only coconut can bring. Another smoothie for the hall of fame. And that bit of ginger with the mango — manifique!
The heart is a symbol of vitality and love. What better way to share your love than with these lovely Almond Honeycomb Hearts. These cute little heart-shaped drops of sweetness are full of the natural goodness of almonds, coconut, cacao and honeycomb.
A simple but elegant treat for the loved ones in your life. Tiny little things, you can make a whole bunch to share with your friends, or keep them for an intimate evening with that special someone. Don’t forget that handful of love.
