Add all of the above ingredients except for gojis and mango to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve garnished with Goji berries and chopped fresh mango.

Summer has me freezing more than the peaches I’ve also been freezing all of my coconut meat as I haven’t been able to use it fast enough and I simply love using it as a base for smoothies. I hope you too will enjoy the last of the seasonal peaches and perhaps even freeze some too.
