Charcoal does have some great benefits for the body, it is commonly used to remove toxins or even poison from the body. The thing with charcoal is that in its ability to remove the not-so-good things, it can also prevent your body from absorbing nutrients if taken too often. So- use sparingly! And a little goes a long way! So if you want to experiment with this recipe, just do so mindfully and gently. It’s a bowl to enjoy every now and then as opposed to every day. I |
