Blackberry Super Food Ice-Cream

Ingredients
- 2cansorganic coconut cream
- 2cupsblackberriesif using frozen, thaw first
- 1Tbspmaqui powder
- 1/2cupcoconut sugar
- 1tspvanilla paste
- pinchof salt

- Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
- If you have an ice-cream maker, pour mixture into the ice-cream bowl and follow the manufacture instructions
- Otherwise pour mixture into a suitable container with a lid
- Make sure the container is airtight or wrapped tightly with tin foil
- Place in the freezer until frozen
- Serve and enjoy
