For the sunflower seed dressing, soak 1 cup of raw sunflower seeds for 4-6 hours.
Drain the water and then place the sunflower seeds in a blender along with 1 tbs of fresh, finely chopped dill, 1 tbs of raw apple cider vinegar, 2 tbs of lemon juice, 1 date and then blend on slow speed.
Add finely chopped broccoli, red onion, and ½ cup of raisins with the remaining ¼ cup of sunflower seeds in a bowl. Mix it well with the sunflower seeds dressing. This recipe should last one week in the fridge.
