Wash and dry cauliflower. Remove leaves and cut into small pieces, not more than ½”.
Prepare the sauce by blending all of the ingredients until smooth* then pour over the cauliflower. Allow it to marinate for about 2 hours. If possible, you can instead place in into a dehydrator at 110 F for 2 hours to allow it to soften a bit and warm through.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
