Chinese Style Cauliflower with Orange Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2cauliflower(medium head)
- 1/2cupapricots(organic, dried, unsulphured)
- 1cuporange juice
- 2Tbspcoconut aminos(or liquid aminos, or soy sauce)
- 1garlic clove
- 1/3ginger(fresh)
- 1/2lemon juice
- 1/2green onions(bunch, sliced for garnish)
- 1/2Tbspsesame seeds(for garnish)

- Wash and dry cauliflower. Remove leaves and cut into small pieces, not more than ½”.
- Prepare the sauce by blending all of the ingredients until smooth* then pour over the cauliflower. Allow it to marinate for about 2 hours. If possible, you can instead place in into a dehydrator at 110 F for 2 hours to allow it to soften a bit and warm through.
- Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
