Salad Ingredients
- 2cupsspinach(roughly chopped)
- 1cupcucumber(thinly sliced)
- 1cupsugar snap peas(or snow peas)
- 1/2cupcarrot(shredded)
- 1/4cupred bell pepper(thinly sliced)
- 1/4cuponion(red, thinly sliced)
Dressing Ingredients
- 3Tbsphomemade thai almond sauce
- 1/2Tbspsesame seeds

- Mix salad ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place dressing ingredients into a separate bowl and mix until combined then mix dressing into salad and enjoy.
