2cupsbananas(about 2 bananas, chopped and frozen)
1cupunsweetened dairy-free milk
1Tbsppeanut butter or almond butter
1/2tsppure vanilla extract
1pinchcinnamon
1/2Tbspraw honey OR pure maple syrup
1tspfresh ginger(optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until it turns into a delicious creamy texture. If you have a high powered blender and want it extra creamy, start with a little less unsweetened nut milk and add as needed.
