Ingredients
- 1/2 cupwalnuts(soaked 1 hour or overnight)
- 2Tbspyellow onion(diced)
- 1/2Tbspground chia
- 1/2 Tbspground flax
- 1/2tsppaprika
- 1/4 tspgarlic powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/8tspsea salt
- 1/3tspcumin
- 1/4tspchili powder(optional)
- 1/3tspBraggs or Nama Shoyu or Tamari(optional)
| Directions |

- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Add a little water if needed.
- Place in a sealable container, label, and date.
