Wash and dry collard leaves. Cut the stems where the leaf stops and de-vein the stem so it is thin like the leaf. Example below:
Place leafs down separately (for small wraps) or stack them with two next to each other and the third leaf in the center and on the top (for a large wrap).
Add the miso mayo on the bottom of the leaves and add your wonderful Pumpkin Dulse Bites to the bottom.
Add your tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, and avocados on top then top with your Homemade Miso Mayo.
Roll collard green into a burrito and enjoy. Roll your burrito in some cling wrap if you plan on eating it later.
