  1. Throw all ingredients in a Vitamix and blend until smooth and desired consistency.
Pasta
  1. Thinly slice mushrooms. Sprinkle them with salt, and mix them up with 1 tsp olive oil.
  2. Peel and cut the ends off the Zucchini and create noodles using a Spiralizer or any other method to get the desired noodle.
  3. Put noodles onto a plate, add the mushrooms and spinach and top with the creamy sauce.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped basil on top. Enjoy
