German Chocolate Chia Porridge

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk (raw)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder (raw)
  • 3 Tbsp date paste (raw or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (pure)
  • walnuts (raw)
  • flake coconut (large)
  • cacao nibs (raw)

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the chia seeds, coconut milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Let sit at least 30 minutes at least or cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, top with walnuts, coconut and chia seeds!
