Thank you for giving yourself this Reset; we hope that after three weeks of eating raw, you’ve learned a thing or two about yourself and your health.

The raw food in this Reset focused on cleansing your body. If you were to eat raw regularly, you would have had countless more recipes and desserts from which to choose, including raw chocolates, crackers, chips, and more.
That being said, we are thinking of starting an ongoing raw meal plan. These plans would would cover amazing raw food recipes from around the world and a simple shopping list to save time.
