To jump right in, everything you see was created with you in mind. From delicious recipes to a fun and supportive community, we want you to finish saying that was amazing!
To make it easy, this entire Refresh can be done from your smartphone, tablet, computer or offline with our printable PDF’s. The digital meal plan was created to make it so you don’t have to deal with paper but if you prefer to be on paper then we have option.
Remember, you have lifetime access to the 7 Day Refresh. Any additions, improvements and new editions to this program in the future are free for you. This way you can come back to the Refresh every 6 months OR year and give your body and mind a reboot.

We love hearing how your experience is going and we appreciate your thoughts, opinions and input. We value what you have to say about the program and we are constantly adding and changing based on the feedback we get. You can rate and share every recipe and you get a button to review the Refresh at any time at the bottom of the meal plan page.
How Does This Work
You can navigate through the Refresh by using the sidebar. If you are on a smart phone the side bar has been moved to the bottom (if you scroll down you will find everything there).
The top section in the sidebar covers everything in the Refresh. The bottom section gives you access to our members area recipe resource, this way you can switch out a recipe with another one if you prefer something different.
All of our recipes in the resource come from our kitchen and were created to be balanced and packed with cleansing properties to give you the most health benefits. Remember to rate them 5 stars if you like them or another star if you don’t, that way we know which ones are a hit and which ones we could make better. Also the recipes have been adjusted for one person. If you want to make a bigger batch simply double or triple the servings and it automatically changes the amounts.
Where To Start
If you’re ready to jump in. Then head over to PREP WEEK in the sidebar. There you will find simple step-by-step instructions to be ready to have a smooth, healthy, fun and easy Refresh.
Once you’re finished with the steps in Prep Week head over to MEAL PLAN (in the sidebar) and everything is there to complete the Refresh.
