2 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp coconut vinegar (or 2 tablespoon rice vinegar)
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp tamari (or coconut aminos)
1 Tbsp ginger (fresh)
1/2 Tbsp honey
1/16 sea salt (pinch to taste)
1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp orange zest (by grating the outside of an orange peel)
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1/2 garlic clove (minced; optional)
1/2 Tbsp miso (optional)
