I grew up in Texas and for as long as I could remember was obsessed with food. Everything around my life revolved and still revolves around trying different cuisines, traveling to new places in order to taste their food, looking for the best restaurants in town and cooking at home. Aside from Texas I’ve also lived in New York City, London, Italy and currently Germany. Through my travels I try to explore the cuisine as much as possible and implement it into the kitchen. I studied hospitality management in New York City and have taken courses at the Culinary Institute of America and currently work as a digital marketing consultant. Aside from food, my hobbies include yoga, scuba diving, and reading.
