Tomorrow is Superbowl Sunday. Whether you’re a fan of the sport or not, that likely means you’ll be spending the day relaxing at home, perhaps parked in front of the TV. Or perhaps not!   1. Put cut up cauliflower into a big zip lock bag and add in sea salt, nutritional yeast and spirulina (optional) shake till well coated.
  2. Put into a bowl and grab a cool drink and a good movie, eat and enjoy!!
