Just a handful of cherries, some almonds, some dates, and a hint of salt is all you need to make these delicious raw vegan truffles. Simple, delicious, and quick. A great snack to take with you on the go.

  1. In a food processor fitted with an “S” blade, process the almonds until finely ground. This takes a minute or so.
  2. Add in the dates and dehydrated cherries
  3. Process again until the mixture begins to clump together.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out even sized balls, and roll between hands to shape.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
