Pudding. It’s impossible to imagine a word that better captures the essence of pudding than ‘pudding’. Merely uttering the word is enough to dispel all feelings of frustration or sadness, and to catapult one back to the nostalgic innocence of childhood. Pudding!

Sadly, too many of us have left pudding behind as we’ve matured into serious adults. Pudding is something seen mostly on store shelves, sealed in plastic cups, preserved with who-knows-what. It’s time to reclaim pudding for grown ups!* This cocoa superfruit pudding has been jam-packed with delicious and nutritious foods like raw honey and organic cocoa and is ready in minutes. No one should be too busy or too healthy for pudding!

*Okay, and maybe kids, too.

  1. Blend ingredients together in a high-speed blender using the tamper through the opening on the lid (if using a Vita-Mix) to push the ingredients onto the blades, adding a small amount of liquid (living spring water or non-dairy organic milk) when necessary to get a silky smooth texture. You can certainly make this easy recipe if using a regular blender, but you may need to stop/start it more often scraping the pudding from the sides and on to the blades so it all gets mixed very well.
  2. Use a spatula to scoop out into your serving bowl and relish the taste of real pudding! Eat some right away, and as an option you can chill the pudding in the refrigerator for an hour and serve chilled if desired.
  3. The Creamy Cacao Superfruit Pudding will keep fresh in the fridge for 2 days in a glass container with a sealed lid. Enjoy!
