Kale chips are awesome with just a bit of salt and oil. These Marinated Miso Kale Chips really crank it up to 11, though! Zesty, zippy, and oh so very flavorful. These kale chips pack a punch!

  • 4 cups kale (pulled off stem in large pieces)

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Add the kale pieces to the bowl and massage the marinade into the leaves.
  2. Place on trays and dehydrate at 108°F / 42°C for 6-8 hours, or until crisp.
  3. (In case you don’t have a dehydrator you can use the oven on its lowest temperature with the oven door left slightly open. Drying times will vary in an oven, so keep an eye on them.)
