To make a nut milk from raw nuts, you need to first make a selection from the “Soaking Time Chart” below, then soak your nuts overnight and head over to the “Ingredients & Directions” tab.

  1. Soak your nuts (and vanilla bean if you are using one) for at the indicated time on the chart.
  2. Rinse soaked nuts, place them into a blender, and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend for two minutes. Strain milk through a nut bag and into a glass container.
  4. Cover with a lid, label, and refrigerate. Separation is normal, so shake before consuming.
  5. Consume your amazing nut milk with in 4-5 days.

What can I use to strain the milk?

You have many different options, including a cheesecloth, towel, or even a paper towel, but they do require multiple passes and it can get a little messy.  The best option is a proper nut milk bag, which you can find for a great deal online.
