  1. Add peanut butter to small mixing bowl and stir until you have a peanut butter consistency.
  2. Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until the mixture becomes a dough-like texture.
  3. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls, and press down with a fork to flatten and create a crisscross pattern. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week!
