  1. Place all of the above ingredients in a power blender and blend for 10-20 seconds or until it is smooth. I like to consume all the fiber from my blended drinks, so you might find the texture a little fiber-y. But if you prefer a silkier milk, use a strainer or a nut milk bag (or even a cheesecloth) to strain the blended juice. The taste is creamy, slightly sweet and nutty at the same time. I must have this concoction every morning and it has become a ritual for me.
