Kombucha is a delicious probiotic drink, with all kinds of claimed health benefits. It's pretty easy to make at home: but be very careful to sterilize all your equipment and to follow proper procedures! You're dealing with bacteria, after all! You can make kombucha with any tea you like, but this recipe was originally designed for use with Celestial Seasonings Sweet Harvest Pumpkin tea for an extra infusion of spices and flavors. |
