Blend all the base ingredients in a food processor. Press the mixture in the silicone molds.
Place all the filling ingredients into a food processor and run till smooth. Pour the filling over the base in silicone molds and pop them in the freezer to set.
In the meanwhile, melt the coconut oil for the chocolate topping and use a spoon for mixing rest of the chocolate ingredients in the melted coconut oil.
Once the cakes are set, carefully remove them from the molds and pour over the chocolate. Store in the fridge.
