Energizing Date Truffles

Directions
  1. Add the cocoa powder, flax seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon and processed almonds into the date paste. Mix thoroughly with your hands till all ingredients evenly spread throughout or you can mix it all together in a processor for a few seconds to get the same result.
  2. Place the dehydrated or toasted sesame seeds into a plate.
  3. Make balls with your hands about the size of a tablespoon in the palm of your hand.
  4. Roll the date ball into the sesame seed mixture till well coated.

Notes

The nuts are a great source of protein. Dates eliminate refined sugar and the chia & flax seeds are filled with fiber! The perfect nutritious snack for our busy lives. Also, it looks really good!
