Onion & Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2cucumbers(large)
- 1yellow onion(medium)
- 1cupwhite vinegar
- 1/2cupcoconut milk(unsweetened milk)
- 1/2cupwater
- 1Tbspcane sugar
- 1Tbspblack pepper
- 1Tbspsea salt
| Directions |

- Using a mandolin or knife, slice the cucumbers and onions into ⅛” slices. Place them in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and toss together.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
