  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone
  2. Place the avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork
  3. Add the crushed garlic, lime juice, and chilli.
  4. Mix fully. To serve, season with pepper and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves!
