chocolate strawberry kiwi pizza differs from your average pizza in a couple of ways. No baking, no dairy, no gluten, but all kinds of fruit and natural sweetness. Maybe you can have it for dessert after some regular raw pizza!

Like other pizzas, this dessert pizza can be easily customized. Add or substitute your favorite fruits to get it just right. I’ve always wondered why the only fruit you tend to see on pizzas is pineapple. You can putt all the fruit on this dessert pizza!

For me, dessert pizza is the perfect dessert for birthday parties. It can serve lots of people, it’s crazy delicious, a little bit off the beaten path, and tons of fun. And it’s pretty healthy, too.

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes and drain. Add dates, pecans, oats, cacao powder, coconut oil and vanilla extract to a food processor and pulse until well combined and a “dough” is formed. Transfer dough to an 8 inch tart pan or pie plate and evenly press down creating a crust. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine soften creamed coconut, agave and vanilla extract. Using a handheld blender, blend until well combined and smooth. Pour on top of crust. Top with fresh fruit and chocolate chips. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Add a drizzle of cacao sauce before serving and enjoy!

  1. Hello,
the recipe looks great but can you correct the error. It has oats in the method but not in the ingredients. Is oats in the recipe if so what quantity?
    thank you
