Raw vegan yogurt might seem like a contradiction in terms, and yet here it is. And with only three ingredients!

Sure, this recipe isn’t exactly like yogurt. But nothing is. And that’s okay, because this super simple vegan yogurt is pretty awesome in its own right. The probiotic capsules will help invigorate your gut bacteria just like traditional yogurt, and the coconut will give it that smooth texture.

Serve it up with your favorite fruits and berries Maybe a dab of honey. Just like traditional yogurt, its a blank canvas: mix it up however you feel!

  1. Place the coconut water and meat into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Open and pour the powder out of the capsules into the blender and blend briefly until combined.
  3. Place your mixture into a large container, leaving room for it to expand, and set it on your counter, room temperature, for about 12-16 hours.
  4. Serve with any sweetener/mix ins of choice. (I blended dates into mine and topped it with cinnamon, berries and a banana).
