Fruit Beer Ice Cream Float

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 2 cups filtered water or coconut water
  • 5 bananas (frozen, chopped)
  • spice and flavorings of juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Simply place the dates and water into a high speed blender and run until frothy. Add any additional flavorings as you wish.
  2. Add the bananas to a food processor (or high speed blender with a tamper) and pulse until broken into very small pieces.
  3. Add in the vanilla and cinnamon.
  4. Process until the bananas reach a light a fluffy texture, just as ice cream would have.
  5. Scoop the banana ice cream into a serving glass, and top with the dateorade.
