Method
- Peel and core the apples and cut them into chunks. Add them to a food processor and pulse to puree the apples. You will need to open the food processor and scrape down the sides a few times to make sure all of the chunks get blended.
- Add the juice from the 1/2 lemon and a dash of cinnamon. More if you prefer lots of cinnamon.
- Puree one last time until all of the ingredients are combined and the apples are completely pureed. Serve and enjoy!
