Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups zucchini (chopped)
  • 2 cup spinach (lightly packed)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dill (optional; chopped)

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. For a warm option, heat it on low with a finger in the soup. Stir to keep the bottom from getting too hot; it’s ready once your finger is warm.
