Asian Peanut Dressing

Ingredients
- 2Tbspolive oil(extra virgin)
- 1Tbspsesame oil
- 2Tbspcoconut vinegar(or 2 tablespoon rice vinegar)
- 2Tbspwater
- 1Tbsptamari(or coconut aminos)
- 1Tbspginger(fresh)
- 1/2Tbsphoney
- 1/16sea salt(pinch to taste)
- 1/2Tbspsesame seeds
- 1/2tsporange zest(by grating the outside of an orange peel)
- 1Tbsppeanut butter
- 1/2garlic clove(minced; optional)
- 1/2Tbspmiso(optional)

- Blend ingredients until smooth then store in a sealed container, label, date, and refrigerate. Consume within three weeks.
