- 1cucumber(sliced into thin disks)
- 1/2cup tomatoes(diced)
- 1/4cup scallions(diced)
- 1/4avocado(diced)
- 1/4cupcilantro
- 3Tbsphomemade taco meat
- 1/4cuphomemade cashew cheese
