Almond Miso Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp almond butter (raw)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp white sweet miso (other misos are also great)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp water
  • 3/4 Tbsp mesquite powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients (except water) in a bowl and mix by hand.
  2. Add water and mix in completely. Use as a spread on apples, celery, or crackers.
  3. Store in a jar or sealable container, label, date, and refrigerate. Consume within 10 days.
