Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple (sliced)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (pure)
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 2 Tbsp pecans (or walnuts)
  • dash cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • ground flax seeds (add-ons; or chia seeds)

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
