  • 1 apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1 handful kale (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients. Add ice to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
