Avocado Banana Cacao Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado (mall ripe organic,cut in half and pit)
  • 2 bananas (small very ripe organic,peel)
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder (raw 100% natural)
  • 3/4 cup water

Method
 

  1. In your blender add the avocado, banana and cacao powder, blend well.
  2. Start adding your water 1/4 cup at a time, continue blending until creamy and smooth.
  3. This will make a thick shake almost pudding consistency, you can eat it with a spoon. If you like it thinner, just add more water slowly until desired consistency is achieved.
