Avocado Blueberry Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond milk (or soy, coconut, etc)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup kale (or baby spinach)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional, can use vanilla extract)
  • 3 dates (or sweetener of choice)

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender such as a vitamix, blend and enjoy!
