Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds (raw)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos OR low sodium tamari (optional
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper

Method
 

  1. Place sunflower seed inside of avocado half and add lemon, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Add a dab of olive oil and coconut vinegar for an Italian flavor.
