Banana Apple Raisin No-Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp nut butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp raw honey OR pure maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Raisins
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (or hemp hearts)

Method
 

  1. Blend dairy-free milk, bananas, apples, nut butter and cinnamon.
  2. Add blend to a bowl and top with raisins, seeds and honey.
  3. If you like it warm, place recipe in a pot on low heat and stir while checking temperature with your finger regularly. It's ready once it's warm. Enjoy:)
