  • 6 bananas (3 frozen)
  • 3 dates (medjool, pitted)
  • 1 thai coconut water (young)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a dash of nutmeg
  • vanilla bean (powder;optional)
