Berry Chia Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened dairy-free milk
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

Method
 

  1. Chop strawberries and kiwis and place in bowl and add berries on top.
  2. Place chia, dairy-free milk and vanilla into a separate jar with a lid and shake till well combined.
  3. Place berry salad into a bowl and pour chia pudding on top.
