Method
- Pour your rice coconut milk into the blender together with the bananas, berries and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
- Fill two bowls with 1 cup quinoa and 1 tablespoon chia seeds each. Pour the berry smoothie on top.
- Add your favorite toppings. Here I used berries, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and a sprinkle of toasted almond flakes. Sometimes I also like to add nuts or granola, and a dollop of coconut yogurt with some extra fruit. You can use whatever you’re in the mood for!
