Calming Ginger Chamomile Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp chamomile (loose leaf or 1 tea bag)
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 2 cups filtered water

Method
 

  1. Place ingredients in a pitcher and cover. Place in the fridge and brew tea overnight (optional).
  2. When ready to drink, place on stove with a finger in water. Keep stirring; it’s ready once your finger is hot.
  3. Store leftover tea in the refrigerator and consume within five days.
