Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 carrots (large)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp coconut (shredded; optional)

Method
 

  1. Combine almond milk, carrots, banana, and pumpkin pie spice in blender, and blend until smooth. Top with shredded coconut, if desired.
