Cashew Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup cashews (soaked 1-8 hours)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp miso (any miso works)
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice (or coconut vinegar, or apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 ribs green onions (chopped)
  • sea salt (to taste)

Method
 

  1. Place ingredients in a food processor and process until they reach your desired hummus texture.
  2. Place in a sealable container, label, date, and refrigerate. Consume within seven days.
